Are your engineers Gas Safe registered?
Yes. Any work on gas appliances, boilers or heating is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers, and we are fully insured for your peace of mind.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
Quotes are free with no call-out charge. For emergency and out-of-hours work a call-out rate applies, which we will always make clear before we attend.
Can you help in an emergency?
Yes — we offer 24/7 emergency cover for burst pipes, major leaks and total loss of heating or hot water, and aim to be with you within hours.
